Touch the PAPERCLIP ICON (This attaches your photo as an ‘actual size’ file)
NOTE: With some email apps, when you select the other icon, ‘picture’, it often embeds it as a small size file, as a large picture you see within your email. We may not be able to print your photo. Be sure to use the PAPERCLIP ICON.

This will direct you to File Explorer (Icon is a yellow manila envelope) where you can find and select your photo, then click on OPEN. This assumes you have transferred photos to your computer and stored them in a folder. Most PC’s come with a folder already labeled “Pictures”.
Verify that the size of the attached photo file is greater than 1MB. Look after the picture’s file name; you’ll see parentheses showing a number and letter that must be greater than either 1000K or 1MB.
Note that some email apps will not send file attachments that total over 10MB.
